Couch to 5K Training Program



Are you looking to begin running? Have you ran in the past, but fallen off the wagon? We've all been there before and we want to help. Whether you're just looking to get into running and would like some guidance, or you're wanting to get back into it and need to be held accountable, we're here for you. This Spring we will be hosting a Couch to 5k Training Program - Between a Walk and a Hard Pace - to gear folks up for the 5k at Harper's Ferry Half on May 18th. We will be hosting an informational meeting with details on the program on February 22nd at 6 PM. Here, will we will give those interested the low-down on how the program works, what it entails and what we provide for you. All beginners are welcome.
