Patrick Fore, BS, Yoga Instructor, Purveyor of Natural Movement

My name is Patrick, movement is my passion. I hold a B.S. in Fitness and Exercise Science from Shepherd University. At 9 months old I could walk independently, a few weeks into my 9th month I had taught myself how to run. I have yet to stop moving. A kinesiology nerd with an addiction to nature, when not performing Movement Analysis or Functional Training at Two Rivers Treads you can find me wandering about the outdoors. A nonchalant trail runner, I frequent the Appalachian Trail for runs, hikes and the occasional mountain bike ride. Over anything I enjoy going for night time strolls accompanied by both my cat and dog. In addition to working at TRT I teach Yoga at Jala Yoga

I started running in college as I was recovering from an orthopedic operation just to prove to people that I'd still be able to run. One day in 2010 my running took me to Two Rivers Treads where my ideas and philosophies of running and movement were forever changed. Since that day I have focused my time and studies or deepening my knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, biomechanics and psychology with the aim of helping people to develop healthier lifestyles and more efficient movement patterns. I enjoy working with anyone and everyone, from young adolescents to adults with many years of life experience; casual movers to olympic hopefuls, everyone is unique and has unlimited potential to move.
