30 -Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

• You can return or exchange your unworn shoe purchase if you are unhappy, within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• We require the item to be in the original packaging with the receipt.
  
• Shoes must be in new, unworn condition.
• Supplements are not able to be returned or exchanged.
• Items marked clearance do not qualify for refund or exchange.
• Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping. You must pay for your product to be shipped back.

We reserve the right to deny a request for a return or exchange at any time deemed necessary.

If you need to return an item, mail it to us (in a poly bag or box with shoe box inside). Fill out the enclosed return form and send it back with the returned item(s).
