30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
- You can return or exchange your unworn shoe purchase if you are unhappy, within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- We require the item to be in the original packaging with the receipt.
- Shoes must be in new, unworn condition.
- Supplements are not able to be returned or exchanged.
- Items marked clearance do not qualify for refund or exchange.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping. You must pay for your product to be shipped back
We reserve the right to deny a request for a return or exchange at any time deemed necessary.
If you need to return an item, mail it to us (in a poly bag or box with shoe box inside). Fill out the enclosed return form and send it back with the returned item(s).

Shipping Policy
We offer standard shipping through the US Postal Service. When we've shipped your purchase, you will be notified and receive the tracking information.
Customs & other fees: It is the sole responsibility of the receiver to pay and adhere to any additional customs fees that a country may add or require. Customs fees can vary based on the size, weight, and cost of a package.
Returns & Exchanges: Returns can be made if a product is shipped back to Two Rivers Treads within 30 days of purchase, in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not off free shipping for returns, you must pay for your product(s) to be shipped back to us. Please return the enclosed return slip with the item(s) you are returning.
