Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you are unhappy with your product, we want to make it right. 

Because we take so much effort on the front end to help you pick the correct shoe and fit for YOU, we have one of the most gracious return policies in the business.

21-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • You can return your purchase if you are unhappy within 21 days from the date of receipt.
  • We require the item to be in the original packaging with the receipt.
  • Yes you are reading that correctly…we will take back your shoe even if worn if you meet the first 2 criteria. We only ask that you listen to your body if transitioning and be gradual in progression.

If you need to return an item, mail it to us (in a poly bag or box with shoe box inside).

We offer standard shipping through the US Postal Service. When we've shipped your purchase out to you, we'll contact you via e-mail to let you know and give you your tracking number.  

Customs & other fees:  It is the sole responsibility of the receiver to pay and adhere to any additional customs fees that a country may add or require.  Customs fees can vary based on the size, weight, and cost of a package. 

Returns & Exchanges:   Returns can be made if a product is shipped back to Two Rivers Treads within 21 days if it's worn and 40 days if it's unworn of the purchase in the original packaging.
