As a retired Air Force Reserve Lieutenant Colonel, marathoner, and professor at West Virginia University School of Medicine, Mark has spent decades promoting health, movement, and sustainable living. With over 100 marathon and ultramarathon finishes, his passion for running isn’t just about competition—it’s about helping people of all backgrounds discover the transformative power of movement.
